Jan Urbanc

I’m Jan Urbanc, a Germany-based (Nuremberg) drummer, composer, and producer with a lifelong passion for groove-driven music. Active since 1976, I’ve played countless live shows and performed in various funk and soul bands.

Over the years, I’ve expanded beyond drums to include bass, guitar, and MIDI-based keys. My work blends live performance with modern production, combining acoustic or electronic drums with VST instruments in my home studio. On this channel, I share original songs, funky reinterpretations, and multi-instrumental performances that I fully record and produce myself.

I’ve also performed in tribute bands honoring Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. With 300+ videos, this channel reflects decades of experience and creativity.

Currently, I’m developing a project to bring my AI-refined original songs to life with a live band and collaborate with musicians for future productions.
