Welcome to Wooly Bugged, a fly fishing channel rooted in Pennsylvania and built around storytelling, exploration, and a deep respect for fish.

All videos are self-filmed and edited by me, Michael Evanko. Most of what you’ll find here documents my time on the water chasing native brook trout in the mountains of Pennsylvania, and lake-run fish like steelhead, salmon, and brown trout on the tributaries of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario.

This channel is a journal of my journey as a fly angler. The experiences are real, the reflections are honest, and the places are wild.
