ok this one is kind of silly BUT hear me out. If someone is doing something wrong, DONT get mad at them. Understand where they are coming from no matter HOW wrong they are. Understand why they think what they think. You have a much better chance of explaining why they are wrong if you know why they think how they do. "Understanding" does NOT mean agreeing. It means being able to see from there perspective and know why they think that way.
