Hello everyone, welcome! Cool Sleep Music is a mental health-based channel that's designed to assist you in relaxing, meditating, alleviating insomnia, and promoting sleep.

We broadcast natural white noise. We intentionally avoid adding comments throughout our videos as this could disturb your peaceful and restful experience.

All of the video/audio content on the channel is proudly produced by me, Cool Sleep Music.

I journey, film, and record solo amidst nature, in a meditative state, radiating positive energies.

All the content is filmed using a Sony A7C, and iPhone 13 Pro. I record audio with the Zoom H6 Handy Recorder.

I edit, mix, and master audio in Logic Pro X, and bring to life videos in Final Cut Pro. My goal is to do something that brings benefit to many people.
