Rescue Your Fitness

Our goal is to get as many trainers and people who are interested in fitness, from people who just walk to athletes and runners and all those in between to use some of their training time to help some of the beautiful souls that are held in cages daily.

We volunteer with Gosford Dog Paws and the people running it do an amazing job but they are outnumbered greatly by the amount of dogs and could never get to them all.

So whether you are already running/walking or if you are looking for the perfect training partner.

If you need motivation to move then get down to you local pound and help out a furry friend in need by not only getting them out of their enclosures, but post your experience here to help get them in front of a bigger audience to help rehome them!
