I'm Jess and I’m just a normal working mum on a mission to live healthily, make amazing memories with my family and navigate anxiety.

I have been blogging content over on instagram for nearly a decade, but have more recently decided to spend a bit more time here over on YouTube!

We are big Disney Fans in this house, and are DVC members since 2019. We like to go to the parks in Orlando at least every couple of years. We have vlogged our May 2024 trip which is our first attempt at a vlog series!
