Pilates with Mity

Hi everyone!

I'm Marta but for my friends and family I'm Mity!

I am an Italian Pilates instructor certified with FIF (Italian Fitness Federation): my education includes mathwork pilates, props, reformer machine and pilates dedicated to senior and pregnancy.

Beside my passion for pilates, I have another passion which is ballet: I am a professional ballet dancer currently working with the "Hannover Staatsballett" in Germany.

Previously I've been working with the "Polish National Ballet" in Warsaw and with the "Bayerisches Staatsballett II" in Munich. I graduated in 2014 at the "Accademia Teatro alla Scala" in Milan.

I have decided to start a YouTube channel to be able to reach out to more people and let them know about this inspiring form of exercise which helps to improve posture, flexibility, strength and overall well-being.
