Hey! Welcome to Midlife Mamma! I’m Teffani, and my lovely daughter is Nevaeh.

I was 45 when I learned I was pregnant with my daughter and 46 when she was born. At this point, we are just about a year into our journey so I started a blog and YouTube channel because I thought it would be a great idea for Nevaeh to have something to look back on as she gets older. I also wanted to share my story in case there is anyone out there who is planning to start or has already started motherhood in their mid-forties. I’m hoping my story can provide some encouragement and hope that it’s possible.
