Learning how to create healthy boundaries and authentically communicate, along with strategies for transforming conflict into opportunities for creating deeper and more meaningful relationships are some of the topics I'll be speaking about.

In 2013, I started receiving channeled messages, some of which were published in a book called, "Magnify Your Magnificence: Your Pathway to the Life & Relationships You Truly Desire" and some that are shared on this channel, along with my personal musings.

Having overcome childhood trauma and abuse, I know the freedom and joy that comes from healing from past wounds and standing in your power while creating healthier and more harmonious relationships.
